Leading

Guiding others as they grow in faith

You’ve been walking with Jesus for a while and feel called to invest in others. You’re ready to disciple, guide, and encourage people who are still growing - and maybe even lead a small group or ministry.

Self-Assessment Questions:
  • Do I feel called to help others grow in their faith?

  • Have I experienced growth and want to pass that on?

  • Do I have experience serving and want to take more responsibility?

  • Am I willing to be trained, challenged, and held accountable as a leader?

Suggested Next Steps:
  • Facilitate a Bible study or discussion group

  • Consider starting a Connect group

  • Begin mentoring or discipling someone younger in faith

  • Develop leadership skills through books and podcasts

  • Teach or share your testimony in a class or group setting
