Celebration Place helps kids embrace God’s amazing love and grace in a real and life changing way.
Celebration Place is a curriculum for children ages 5 – 13 that coincides with Celebrate Recovery teaching, using kid-friendly methods and terms children can understand. So, while adults explore topics that bring healing and wholeness, kids discover the same truths in age-appropriate ways! That’s why Celebration Place is so important. It’s a “PREcovery” program where kids can discover their own pathway to healing as well as have a bank of tools for when they come up against struggles in their lives.
Celebration Place gives kids:
Hope for all the amazing things God has in store for them.
Truths that help them overcome life’s challenges by learning to lean on Jesus.
Joy as they embark on a wonderful journey of songs, games, videos, impactful experiences, and great conversation.
Service Opportunities:
Teacher - Teach the lesson provided(detailed lesson plans are provided as well as an easy to use google slide presentation) on a rotating basis.
Helper role: support the teacher on a rotating basis.
Both roles will include crafts, games, lesson activities, snacks and loving communication and interaction with the children.
