Lewisville Christian School is a non-profit school for children ages 2 through KG. We have served families in the Lewisville, Flower Mound and HV area for over 50 years. We have also been located inside Garden Ridge Church since opening in 1970. LCS provides a Christian learning environment to cultivate a child’s capacity to grow spiritually, emotionally, socially, physically, and cognitively. We work diligently to develop each child’s commitment to lifelong Christian values such as kindness, helpfulness, and respect for others. As a non-profit school, we strive to keep tuition costs low so all families in the community have the opportunity to attend and receive a high quality Christian education.
We have several different ways that people can get involved with LCS! We are always looking for substitute teachers and aides. Each summer we have one or two positions come open as well. We are unable to have volunteers at school during school hours with the students, but there are still many different ways to volunteer and get involved with LCS! Our school board is made up of Garden Ridge members who meet monthly to lead and direct the school. Each year we need volunteers to help solicit donations from businesses in the community for the Annual LCS Auction.
Volunteers for our Spring carnival help run bounce houses, cotton candy, snow cones
stations and more. We also have various lawn care and building opportunities
throughout the year. If you are interested in becoming a substitute, a part of the LCS
