Dear Heavenly Father,

We are so blown-away by Your overwhelming love and power. Over the years, You have blessed Garden Ridge with so many amazing leaders who have served and given their hearts and time for Your church. For this, we thank You and give You all the glory.

Today, we want to lift up a prayer to You for new and existing leaders to step up, step out and step in at our church. As you know, there are several needs for ministry leaders, Shepherds and teachers at Garden Ridge. We pray that each member listens to Your voice to identify and lead a role or ministry that fulfills their passion and uses their talents. We ask that You give each member courage, wisdom and strength in leading a good work for Your Kingdom.

Father, as we seek to serve You, we are encouraged by your Word in Isaiah 41:10:

“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God.I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
